Our Technology
The intent of heating the
fuel in both gasoline and diesel engines is to increase the Thermal
Efficiency of the engine through better vaporization of the fuel. The
finer the liquid fuel is broken up, the more it resembles a true gas.
We need fuels that behave as if they were gaseous. We do not need fuels
that clump together and refuse to vaporize completely. It is a fact
that warm fuel vaporizes much more readily than cold fuel and
yields much finer fuel particles than cold fuel. Cold fuel is loaded
with high viscosity and surface tension effects that glob the fuel
together into drops or beads thus hampering or preventing vaporization.
Note better vaporization always translates into improved mileage,
performance and longer engine life. |
